After two decades of running his own firm, Greg Johnson kept hearing the same thing from prospective clients: \u201cWe love your work, but we need a national brand.\u201d<\/em> It was never a question of capability – it was about perception and scale. \u201cI wasn\u2019t looking to sell,\u201d Greg said. \u201cI wanted to grow. Travis Taylor had a similar experience. Leading a team in the San Antonio market, he saw the opportunity to compete at a higher level – without giving up control. \u201cFranchising allowed us to stay local and independent while gaining national presence and support,\u201d he said. \u201cIt gave us more tools and more reach, but we kept our identity.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Making the Move<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
